General Terms and Conditions

1. all deliveries, offers and services are provided exclusively under the terms of these GTC.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC and is bound by them. I do not recognize any regulations of our customers that contradict or deviate from my terms and conditions unless I expressly agree to them in writing.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract is legally concluded when the customer sends his order/registration and receives an order confirmation/invoice from me.
The content of the contract and all other information is provided in German throughout.

3. TERMS OF DELIVERY
The delivery period depends on the order situation and the respective postal route, and is usually 3-10 working days after receipt of payment. Items are sent as (insured) parcels or letters by Swiss Post. I accept no liability for delays in delivery caused by the shipping company. Delivery will be made to the address given by the customer. In the event of incorrect, incomplete or unclear information provided by the customer, the customer shall bear all resulting costs.

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
All our prices are in Swiss francs. The total amount of the order must be paid in advance or, if the order states otherwise, by invoice, cash on delivery or in cash. Payment shall be made at the end of the purchase process or, if the contract provides otherwise, in accordance with the details on the order confirmation or invoice.
Customized goods will only be produced after receipt of payment if payment is made in advance.

5. warranty and right of rectification
The articles offered for sale correspond to the respective illustrations and subsequently to the product descriptions.

6. PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
The place of jurisdiction and place of performance shall be the registered office of the company. SWISS law shall apply exclusively.

7. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The object of purchase shall remain the property of La Bralette, M.Koziol until receipt of the entire purchase price

8. RETURN OF GOODS
For reasons of hygiene, there is no general right of return, as La Bralette products are a particularly personal item of clothing that may come into contact with intimate parts of the body. In exceptional cases, the goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase by prior arrangement. It is the responsibility of the seller to inspect the goods on site and agree to the return if the goods are in their original packaging and the receipt is available. Only goods that are in perfect condition and have only been tried on will be taken back. Goods that smell of perfume, are dirty, no longer have labels or are otherwise damaged cannot be exchanged or returned. In the event of a return, the goods will either be exchanged or a voucher issued. A refund of the purchase price is not possible for goods purchased in our store.

Underpants/bikini bottoms are also excluded from return. Otherwise the right of revocation of 5 working days applies as shown in the revocation instructions. The postmark or the customer's appearance in the store shall apply.

Reduced goods, from 20% and more, are excluded from exchange and return.

9. DATA PROTECTION
The data required for the transaction will be treated confidentially.

10. FINAL PROVISION
Collateral agreements and changes must be made in writing to be legally effective. Should any of the above provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid clause shall be replaced by a valid clause which the parties would have agreed if they had been aware of the invalidity or which comes closest to the purpose intended by the parties and is legally permissible.
